The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) opens at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, capital of China, on Nov. 8, 2012. Delegates from China's different ethnic groups attend the congress wearing their unique traditional costumes, the sight of which attracts journalists from both home and abroad.
