2013年11月，英國高等教育調(diào)查機構(gòu)QS公司（Quacquarelli Symonds）公布了全球排名前50的“最佳求學(xué)城市”調(diào)查報告。這是調(diào)查機構(gòu)連續(xù)第二年公布該榜單。在這份榜單中，法國巴黎再度奪魁，英國倫敦亦繼續(xù)守住亞軍的位置，而新加坡市則連跳9級，排在第三位，成為亞洲排名最高的城市。
