Guided by the principles of giving priority to prevention, scientific management and delegating responsibility, the law stresses the obligations of food producers and distributors as primarily responsible for food security. The Law regularizes the formulation of food security standards and food inspection activities. It lays down high standards for food security supervision and management, thus providing a systematic method for improving the level of food security.
