A Zhaopin.com survey on workers' lunch habits shows that only 28.1 percent of workers will think about nutrition when choosing lunch while 26.7 percent just eat what is available, the Chengdu Evening News reported. ?
More than 30 percent bring their lunch to work while nearly 60 percent buy their lunches. Among those who buy lunch, 40 percent eat with co-workers in a restaurant and 20 percent order takeaway. There are also 1.4 percent who do not have lunch.
The tiredness or loss of appetite that some workers have for seemingly no reason may stem from eating unhealthy lunches, said one health expert.
A lunch should include grain, vegetable, fruit and meat, he said.

And he suggests that workers eat lunch with co-workers at a restaurant, where there are a variety of dishes available, to save costs.
