A family had an amazing escape after surviving this huge car crash unscathed, the Daily Mail reported.

Helen Menhinick, 41, was driving her two young sons to a friend's house when they were involved in the pile-up on a country road. The family's Honda Civic was hit by four different cars, and ended up looking like it had been through a crusher.

Despite being trapped in the wreckage, Helen was quickly freed by firefighters, while her sons Jim, 13, and Ted, nine, managed to crawl out. All three were treated for minor injuries at a local hospital.

Helen said: "We were all very lucky to get away with our lives; the police said they couldn't believe anyone could have survived that.
