No one is expecting a dramatic agreement at the climate change conference in Cancun. But there are expectations on specific issues, such as financing and technology transfer from developed economies to developing ones.

But even on those two issues, there seems to be no clear answers yet on the very last day of the lengthy meeting.

For a first hand account, CCTV reporter Tian Wei sat down with Helen Clark, the UNDP Administrator, who also oversees the enormous funds of the UN's budget. She answered questions about financing by saying that there is no point in waiting.
