"Made in China 2025"
"Made in China 2025" is a forward-looking initiative designed to build on China's current level of industrialization and enhance the quality of products and equipment made in China. The initiative was officially launched on May 8, 2015 by China's State Council as the country's first 10-year plan of action for transforming China's manufacturing. It aims to put China on a new path to industrialization, with a greater emphasis on innovation, with expanded use of new-generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing, consolidation of the industrial base, integration of industrial processes and systems, and with a robust multilayer talent development structure. Measures taken in this respect will facilitate China's transformation from a manufacturing giant with a focus on quantity to one with a qualitative edge.
Specifically, it envisions the successful completion by 2020 of the process of basic industrialization, further consolidating China's position as a manufacturing powerhouse that increasingly relies on cutting-edge information technology. It also foresees a significant leap in China's overall manufacturing capability by 2025, characterized by much greater innovative ability, much improved overall productivity, and a much higher level of integration of industrial processes and information technology.
To achieve the goal of transformation in the manufacturing sector, "Made in China 2025" has listed nine specific objectives, including enhanced capability in innovation and further integration of information technologies with industrial processes.
“中國制造2025”
“中國制造2025”,是根據中國目前的工業化水平、放眼未來制定的,核心內容是要提高中國產品和中國裝備的質量和水平。2015年5月8日,國務院正式印發《中國制造2025》,成為中國實施制造強國戰略第一個十年的行動綱領。“中國制造2025”的總體思路是,堅持走中國特色新型工業化道路,以促進制造業創新發展為主題,以加快新一代信息技術與制造業深度融合為主線,以推進智能制造為主攻方向,強化工業基礎能力,提高綜合集成水平,完善多層次人才體系,實現中國制造業由大變強的歷史跨越。它的目標是:到2020年,基本實現工業化,制造業大國地位進一步鞏固,制造業信息化水平大幅提升;到2025年,制造業整體素質大幅提升,創新能力顯著增強,全員勞動生產率明顯提高,工業化和信息化融合邁上新臺階。圍繞實現制造強國的戰略目標,《中國制造2025》還明確了提高國家制造業創新能力、推進信息化與工業化深度融合等9項戰略任務和重點。
