睡覺時開燈引情緒低落 |
Sleeping in anything other than a completely dark room could lead to depression, research suggests, the Telegraph reports. Neuroscientists at Ohio State University in the US believe that even having a dim light on?-- such as a night light often used in a child's room -- adversely affects the chemical balance and structure of the brain. Such a light appears to interfere with secretion of the hormone melatonin, which helps let the body know it is night time.
英國《每日電訊報》消息,研究表明,睡覺時如果房間不是完全黑暗會導致情緒低落。美國俄亥俄州立大學的神經科學家認為睡覺時即使只亮著一盞很暗的燈,就像很多孩子房間里的夜燈一樣,都會打破大腦中的化學平衡和結構。這是因為燈會干擾大腦中的黑激素,而黑激素傳遞信號讓身體知道什么時候是夜晚。
